The Services are not a substitute for professional educational instruction, academic supervision, school guidance, tutoring, legal advice, medical advice, psychological advice, or professional evaluation.

X+1 does not guarantee academic performance, grades, admissions outcomes, test results, learning achievements, or educational success.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may access and use our Services for lawful personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes.
You may not use the Services for illegal, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, exploitative, or infringing activities.
Users retain ownership of the content they upload to the Services. By uploading content, users grant X+1 a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, analyze, store, and use such content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, securing, and providing the Services.
You are responsible for your Content, including ensuring that it complies with applicable laws, intellectual property rights, school policies, and these Terms.
Artificial intelligence and machine learning are rapidly evolving technologies. Output may not always be accurate, complete, reliable, or appropriate.
Billing. If you purchase any paid Services, subscriptions, or premium features, you must provide complete and accurate billing information, including a valid payment method. Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled.
Subscription Plans. We may offer different subscription tiers, feature sets, usage limits, pricing structures, promotional plans, or access levels. Features and availability may vary between plans and may change over time.
Platform Usage. Certain features, AI actions, or platform functionality may be subject to usage limits, fair use protections, subscription limitations, or internal usage systems designed to maintain platform quality, stability, and performance.
Cancellation. You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
The Services, including software, branding, prompts, workflows, interfaces, educational systems, visual elements, educational logic, AI systems, and related technology, are owned by X+1 and protected by intellectual property laws.
The Services may integrate with third-party providers including AI providers, payment processors, hosting services, analytics providers, and authentication systems.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Services.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, X+1 disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, X+1 and its founders, affiliates, employees, contractors, service providers, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for damages arising from use of the Services, reliance on AI-generated content, educational outcomes, interruptions, downtime, or third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, X+1’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to X+1 for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms.
We also may suspend or terminate accounts that have remained inactive for more than twelve (12) consecutive months and do not have an active paid subscription or paid account.
Appeals. If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error, you may contact us to request review or appeal of the decision through our support channels.
We reserve the right to discontinue, suspend, modify, or remove all or part of the Services at any time.
If we decide to permanently discontinue paid Services, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice to affected users.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
